While Harriet Cowan might be most recognised for her appearance in Clarkson’s Farm and getting stuck in wearing her wellington boots, away from the demanding agricultural work, she’s also making space for activities that seem a million miles from early morning starts and messy chores.
One minute, she’s tending to animals and ensuring everything runs smoothly at home, while the next, she’s jetting off overseas or attending swanky occasions. And luckily for Harriet, this week has been devoted purely to pleasure.
In a recent Instagram update, the 25-year-old revealed that she’s been basking in the Mediterranean sunshine on a Greek isle. She informed her 624,000 followers: “Baled some grass then nipped to Corfu on the hottest week of the year.”

While Harriet has previously savoured sunny holidays with mates in Spain, finding the opportunity to escape with her equally busy agricultural partner has proved challenging. On TikTok, Harriet disclosed it was her first getaway with boyfriend James in years, so it’s hardly surprising they looked absolutely thrilled! She revealed: “So we timed our first holiday 8 years deep in-between lambing and calving.”
Fans were completely over the moon for the couple and flooded the comments section to share their joy. One gushed: “This looks amazing.”
Another penned: “Had my honeymoon here in August last year. Beautiful.” A third individual chimed in: “Beautiful Corfu, lucky you, we are there this month. Looks like you had a great time.”

When Harriet joined the cherished Amazon Prime reality programme, she immediately became a sensation with Clarkson’s Farm enthusiasts.
Chatting to the Express about her stint on the hit show, Harriet revealed: “After the show, I just decided to follow my dreams and do the things that I enjoy, which are farming and doing my social media.
“One day, I hope to own my own farm, and that’s something which I wouldn’t have been able to do if it weren’t for Jeremy and the show. I’m so incredibly grateful.”
Since then, Harriet’s career has flourished tremendously, evolving from being Jeremy Clarkson’s trusted assistant to establishing herself as a freelance farmer in Oxfordshire. She’s been maintaining an incredibly hectic schedule in recent weeks. Beyond featuring in the newest series of Clarkson’s Farm, the television personality made an appearance at FarmFest to connect with admirers and fellow agricultural experts.
Back in May, she also revealed that she had penned a book scheduled for publication later this year. She declared: “I’m so excited to finally share Life on the Farm – my new book.
“This is such a personal project for me. Inside, I share what the farming way of life truly means, the values I live by, and of course what a typical day on the farm really looks like.
“I also wanted to open up about the challenges and realities Britain’s farmers are facing today, and why buying local isn’t just a slogan – it’s a way of life. Farming has been passed down from my grandparents to my parents, and now to me.
“It’s so much more than putting food on the table – it’s community, love, resilience, and hard work every single day. I can’t wait to share my story with you all.”
