Chrisley Confessions: What Todd & Julie Said After Lindsie’s Podcast Shook Fans

Todd and Julie Chrisley Break Silence on Lindsie Chrisley’s Tell-All Podcast Drama

“We found out this morning through our attorneys…” — Todd Chrisley responds to his daughter’s explosive claims.

The Chrisley Family Feud Reignites

The Chrisley family drama has resurfaced once again — this time, in the form of a podcast war.
Todd and Julie Chrisley have officially broken their silence following the release of their daughter Lindsie Chrisley’s new three-part tell-all podcast, which dives deep into their family’s long-standing conflicts.

Speaking on the Wednesday, October 29, episode of his own show, Chrisley Confessions, Todd didn’t hold back. “We found out this morning through our attorneys that Lindsie had been working with Kail Lowry … on this three-part podcast,” Todd, 56, revealed. “She wants you to pay to get content for receipts. I’m gonna give you receipts for free.”

The episode, recorded on October 21 — one day before Lindsie’s podcast went live — featured Todd alongside his wife, Julie Chrisley, 52, and their son Chase Chrisley, 29.

“I’m Over It”: Todd Responds to Lindsie’s Accusations

Todd admitted he’s tired of revisiting the same family issues. “I don’t know many ways you can spin this s***,” he said bluntly. “I’m over it. I’m not talking about this stuff anymore.”

Still, despite claiming he wants to move on, Todd made it clear he won’t let false claims slide. “We all have moved forward,” he said. “We are all moving forward. Unfortunately, Lindsie has a problem in doing that.”

From Reality TV to Real-Life Rift

Chrisley Knows Best, which premiered in 2014, introduced audiences to Todd, Julie, and their larger-than-life Southern family.
Lindsie, now 36, was part of the show’s early success but exited after Season 5, later becoming estranged from multiple family members.

Since leaving the show, Lindsie has pursued her own podcasting career, hosting The Southern Tea and appearing on Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry. However, tension with her family has remained a recurring theme.

Lindsie has repeatedly denied involvement in her father’s prosecution on federal fraud charges — a claim Todd refuted again this week. “That’s just not true,” he said on his podcast.

Julie’s Perspective: “I Don’t Like Drama”

Julie Chrisley, who has often stayed out of public feuds, expressed sadness over the situation.
“It is unfortunate,” she said. “You know I’m not drama-filled. I do not like drama. I do not like for there to be tension in this family.”

Julie also shared a surprising revelation about her relationship with Lindsie. “When Lindsie was over 18, she actually asked me to adopt her,” Julie claimed. “And I did that.”

Her words seemed to underscore the pain of a once-close relationship now defined by distance and public conflict.

The Name Change Controversy

Another sore spot for Todd was Lindsie’s recent decision to change her name on Instagram. In July, she briefly switched from Lindsie Chrisley to Lindsie Landsman before reverting back.

“My thing is, you’ve said that you changed your last name because Chrisley had hurt you with brand deals,” Todd said. “If you’re going to change your last name, take our last name off your social media.”

The remark came across as both pointed and weary — a reflection of Todd’s frustration with what he views as mixed messages from his estranged daughter.

Chase Chrisley Weighs In

Chase, Todd and Julie’s son, also didn’t mince words about the ongoing tension.
“She’s pissed off that she got kicked off the show, and she didn’t have that paycheck anymore,” Chase claimed. “That’s what this is about. She’s bitter about all of this. … I don’t really give a s*** about this anymore. I don’t care. Like, just shut up.”

While his comments were blunt, they mirrored the exhaustion the Chrisley family seems to feel over the prolonged feud.

The Feud That Won’t Fade

Despite saying he’s “done” with the drama, Todd made it clear that if Lindsie’s podcast spreads misinformation, he will respond. “We found out what she’s doing,” he said. “We’re not feeding into it — but we’re not ignoring lies either.”

As The Chrisleys: Back to Reality aired on Lifetime without Lindsie’s participation, and her new podcast continues to stir attention online, it seems the rift between father and daughter remains as raw as ever.

Whether the family can ever reconcile — or whether this latest public exchange will only deepen the divide — remains to be seen.
